Between 01/10/2025 16:00 to 03/03/2026 12:00, offender(s) have attempted/committed theft of a pedal cycle in Rembrandt Way, Watford.
Offender has gained access by unknown means to locked room within block of flats and has cut the lock to steal victim's bike.
